As the main body of health work,hospitals assume more functions besides treating diseases under the background of great health,and the status of hospitals is more significant.In order to protect the human,financial and material within the hospital's scope,it is necessary to make the hospital security work fit for the expansion of the big health function.In this paper,based on the background of large health,discusses the development direction of the hospital security work in order to guide the hospital security work under the new era and the new normal condition.
