摘要
介绍了发酵乳粉的加工方法、关键技术、工艺参数、复溶性、储存及存在问题,并对制定发酵乳粉产品标准提出了建议。
The processing method,key technology,technological parameter,resolubility,storage condition and problem of the fermented milk powder were introduced in this study.The suggestions on the product standard of fermented milk powder were also provided.
