基于复杂适应性系统理论的教学模式实践——以曲靖师范学院酒店管理专业为例

On Practice of Teaching Mode Based on the Theory of Complex Adaptive System——A Case Study of the Hotel Management Class of Qujing Normal University

基于复杂适应性系统理论分析教学模式系统所面临的问题以及复杂适应性系统理论与教学模式系统的契合,提出了复杂适应性系统理论观点与思想引入地方本科院校酒店管理专业教学模式的实践,研究分析了教学模式中各复杂因素之间的联系和作用以及各要素的复杂适应性调适与演变并进行有效地实践应用,为解决地方本科院校酒店管理专业教学模式问题提供了参鉴。

Based on an analysis of the problems facing the teaching mode system with the complex adaptive system and the affinity between the complex adaptive system and the teaching mode system,this paper first suggests introducing the theory and idea of complex adaptive system into the teaching mode practice of the hotel management class or local universities,then proceeds to analyze the relation between and function of the complex elements in the teaching mode as well as complex adaptation,evolution,effective practice and application of these elements before finally suggesting solutions to problems facing the teaching mode of hotel management classes in local universities.
