摘要
对大理地区种植的优雅薰衣草(L. Ellagance)和齿叶薰衣草(L. dentada)实施无土短枝扦插,探讨不同浓度、不同植物生长调节剂对其生根的影响。结果表明:NAA和IBA促进生根的作用显著,但200mg/L NAA处理对优雅薰衣草生根效果最好,而150 mg/L NAA处理对齿叶薰衣草生根效果最好,并对实验结果进行了讨论。
The softwood cuttings of L.Ellagance and L.dentada were planted in Dali area to explore the effects of different concentrations of plant growth regulators on rooting.The results showed that NAA and IBA on promoting rooting is obvious,the best rooting effect of L.Ellagance was 200 mg/L NAA,while the best rooting effect of L.dentada was 150 mg/L NAA,and the experimental results were discussed.
