摘要
目的:天然植物精油在培养基螨污染熏蒸除螨法中应用的研究。方法:应用天然植物油与化学试剂熏蒸除螨,比较分析杀螨效果。结果:3种化学试剂在30mmol/L浓度时均有较好的杀螨效果,其中双甲脒的杀螨率最高(94.44%),其次为吡虫啉(82.22%),害极灭最低(71.11%)。3种植物精油中冬青油的杀螨率最高可达到100%。结论:针对培养基螨污染问题推荐使用冬青油、香茅油、樟脑油或者是浓度为30mmol/L的吡虫啉熏杀24h。
Objective:To search the application of natural plant essential oils in the method of fumigation killing mites in culture medium.Method:Comparison and analysis of mite killing effect of natural plant essential oils and chemical reagents by using method of fumigation.Results:At the concentration of 30 mmol/L,all of the reagents presented the best mite killing effect,theamitraz was the highest(94.44%),followed by imidacloprid(82.22%),which abamectin was the lowest(71.11%).The highest rate of killing rate of methyl salicylate in 3 kinds of plant essential oils was 100%.Conclusion:In order to solve the problem of mite contamination in the culture medium,it is recommended to use the methyl salicylate or the 30 mmol/L imidacloprid for 24 h.
