摘要
培训迁移是培训的核心环节,学用脱节一直是制约培训迁移的主要瓶颈。近年来,我国学者主要从三个领域对中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训迁移展开了研究:一是培训迁移的效果评估;二是培训迁移的影响因素;三是促进培训迁移的策略。本文采用文献分析法,对历年研究进行整理,旨在弄清国内教师信息技术应用能力培训迁移的主要影响因素及对策,指出现有研究不足和今后发展方向,为后续研究提供参考与借鉴。
Training transfer is the core link of training.Disconnection between learning and using has been the main bottleneck of training transfer.In recent years,Chinese scholars have mainly studied the training transfer of IT application ability of primary and secondary school teachers from three fields:first,the evaluation of the effect of training transfer,secondly,the influencing factors of training transfer;third,the strategies to promote training transfer.In this paper,literature analysis method is used to sort out the previous years undefined research,in order to find out the main influencing factors and countermeasures of the transfer of teachers undefined IT application ability training in China,and point out the deficiency of the present research and the future development direction.To provide reference and reference for follow-up research.
