摘要
马尔代夫的教育系统由学前教育、初等教育、中等教育和高等教育组成,其职业教育是学员通过向国家技术和职业教育与培训(技职)部门的职业技术教育与培训中心申请课程培训来实现的,大致可分为初级职业教育、中级职业教育和高级职业教育。如今,马尔代夫环礁的学校已经开始有计划地实施教学质量的监控和管理。马尔代夫国土狭小,市场不大,对职业教育的需求十分有限,但是,它正在实行经济多元化发展战略,坚持小规模开放型经济发展路径,对劳动力素质的要求不断提高,职业教育与技能培训在未来仍有很大发展空间。
The education system in the Maldives includes preschool,elementary,secondary and higher education.Its vocational education is for trainees to apply for training through the Vocational Technology Education and Training Center of the National Technical and Vocational Education and Training Department.They can be broadly divided into primary,intermediate and advanced vocational education.Today,schools in Maldives Atoll have begun to implement monitoring and management of teaching quality in a planned manner.Because Maldives is a small country with a small market,the demand for vocational education is very limited.However,it is implementing a diversified economic development strategy.It adheres to the path of small-scale,open economy development.The requirements for quality workforce are continuously increasing.There is still much room for development of vocational education and skills training in the future.
