摘要 通过对采油X厂2011—2015年抽油机井系统效率进行调查,结合抽油机节点分析理论,分析采油X厂系统效率提升潜力。提出对其中低于20%的963口井进行治理,有效提高抽油机井系统效率。针对抽油机曲柄平衡能耗高问题,进行常规抽油机井下偏杠铃改造、安装抽油机自动平衡装置,针对皮带轮打滑问题,采取调整皮带松紧度及更换皮带轮方法,针对电动机匹配不合理问题,采取电动机合理匹配措施合理匹配电动机。2017年累计实施640口井,按平均单井日节电35 k Wh计算,年节电规模817.6×104k Wh,除去改造等成本2017年累计获得经济效益387.04万元。治理后抽油机井系统效率达到32.73%,完成了预定指标。 based on the investigation of the system efficiency of pumping wells in oil recovery X plant from 2011 to 2015,combined with the theory of node analysis of pumping units,the potential of improving system efficiency of oil recovery X plant is analyzed.The treatment of 963 wells less than 20%is put forward.To improve the efficiency of pumping unit well system effectively.Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption such as high energy consumption of crank balance,slip of belt and unreasonable matching of motor,the conventional pumping unit downhole partial barbell is reformed,and the automatic balancing device of pumping unit is installed.For pulley slip,the method of adjusting belt tightness and replacing belt pulley is adopted,the motor is matched reasonably,the optimum design is optimized,the energy saving motor is replaced,and the high rotation difference is applied.Motor,permanent magnet motor.In 2017,640 wells,The average daily power saving of single well is 35kWh.The annual power saving scale is 817.6×104kWh.The total economic benefit is three million eight hundred and seventy thousand and four hundred yuan in 2017,excluding the cost of revamping.After treatment,the efficiency of pumping unit system reaches 32.73 and the predetermined index is fulfilled.
