摘要
为了满足石化企业综合污水达标排放,实现污水处理系统节能减排目标,开展臭氧催化氧化技术开发研究。通过设计具有6组并列反应器的小型臭氧氧化催化剂评价装置,对催化剂进行对比活性评价,进一步推进新型催化剂的开发研究。通过研究评价装置的特性,明确各反应器的平行性,优选反应空速,优化反应时间。结果表明各反应器的相对标准偏差小于5%,具备平行性;优选空速3 h-1;优化反应时间8 h,样品取6~8 h区间混合样。优化试验条件后减少电耗22.08 k Wh,年节省费用5 238.48元。
In order to meet the standard discharge of comprehensive sewage in petrochemical enterprises,to achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction of sewage treatment system,the development and research of ozone catalytic oxidation technology were carried out.A small ozonation catalyst evaluation device with 6 parallel reactors was designed to evaluate the relative activity of the catalyst and further promote the development and research of new catalysts.Through the study and evaluation of the characteristics of the device,the parallelism of each reactor was clarified,the optimal reaction airspeed was selected,and the reaction time was optimized.The results show that the relative standard deviation of each reactor is less than 5%and has parallelism.Optimized airspeed of 3 h-1;The reaction time was optimized for 8 h,and mixed samples were taken from 6~8 h interval.After the optimization of test conditions,the power consumption was reduced by 22.08 kWh,saving an annual cost of 5 238.48 Yuan.
