无污染杆管刺洗装置研究及应用 被引量:4

摘要 在油井作业过程中,起出抽油杆和油管后需用锅炉车刺洗干净后方能下井。否则,死油死蜡易将凡尔球垫住造成泵漏失而重新作业,增加油田开发成本;同时,死油死蜡会减小油流通道,增大抽油机载荷和油井回压,导致能耗上升、产量下降。但刺洗过程产生大量污油污水难以回收,易污染环境,杆管刺洗已成为油井作业过程最主要的污染源。为此,研制无污染杆管刺洗装置,截至目前共应用148口井,与未应用该装置前相比,刺洗过程减少污油污水118 m3,降低拉运及处理费用24.6万元,同时缓解了油井作业面临的环保压力。 In the process of oil well operation,after pumping rod and tubing pulling,it is necessary to use a boiler car to wash clean before running.Otherwise,dead oil and wax will easily cause the pump valve ball chocked up,cause the pump to leak and re operation,increase the cost of oilfield development;at the same time,dead oil and wax can reduce the oil flow channel,increase the pumping load and oil back pressure,resulting in increase of energy consumption and production decline.However,a large amount of sewage from the process of pricking and washing is difficult to recover,and it is easy to pollute the environment.The bar tube pricking has become the most important source of pollution in the operation process of the oil well.Therefore,we have developed non polluting rod pipe pricking and washing device.Up to now,it has been applied to 148 wells,compared with the application of the device,thorn washing process reduce dirty oil and sewage 118m layun and treatment fand,reduce the cost of 246 thousand yuan,while alleviating the environmental pressures facing the well operation.
