摘要
针对大功率变频控制设备抽油机变频群控系统容易产生谐波信号污染电网问题,介绍了抽油机变频群控系统,分析了谐波的危害,提出了开展系统谐波监测和采取的主要控制措施,并对控制实施效果作了分析等。实践证明,采取优化滤波单元、加装直流电抗器、提高变频器的载波频率和加强谐波监测等谐波控制措施,能有效消除谐波信号的产生,降低供电系统能源损耗,线路与变压器的损耗率由治理前8.7%下降到治理后的3.2%,年节电49×104k Wh,年直接节电效益为32.49万元,提升了电网供电质量。
Aiming at the problem that the frequency conversion group control system of the pumping unit of the high-power frequency conversion control equipment is easy to produce the harmonic signal pollution to the power grid,the frequency conversion group control system of the pumping unit is introduced.The harm of the harmonic is analyzed.The harmonic monitoring and the main control measures are put forward,and the effect of the control is analyzed.It is proved by practice that the harmonic control measures such as optimizing the filter unit,adding the DC reactor,improving the frequency of the frequency converter and strengthening the harmonic monitoring can effectively eliminate the generation of the harmonic signals,reduce the energy loss of the power supply system and improve the power supply quality of the power grid.
