摘要 针对不同油田不同区块实现能效对标的科学性和可操作性,明确了能效对标指标体系的构建原则,实践了标杆值的选定。围绕指标体系,分析了影响指标的主要因素。通过管理节能和技术节能两项手段,在加强加热炉管理、加热炉提效、低效泵改造、注水泵节能技术措施、注水工艺流程优化措施等方面分析研究。经过地面系统能效对标实践后,大庆油田采油三厂加热炉热效率平均增幅达2.87%,注水单耗下降0.2~0.3 k Wh/m^3。采油六厂实现节气102×10~4m^3,年节电为637×10~4kWh。 In view of the scientific and maneuverability of realizing energy efficiency in different blocks of different oilfields,the construction principle of energy efficiency index system is defined,and the selection of benchmark value is put into practice.The main factors affecting the indexes are analyzed.By means of management energy saving and technical energy saving,the technical measures of strengthening the management of heating furnace,increasing the efficiency of heating furnace,reforming the low efficiency pump and saving energy of the water injection pump are introduced.After the practice of surface system energy efficiency calibration,the average increase of heating efficiency of heating furnace in No.3 oil recovery plant of Qi-Q oilfield is 2.87,and the water injection unit consumption decreases 0.2%0.3kWh/m3.The oil field produces oil.Six plants achieve solar terms of 1.02 million cubic meters,annual electricity savings of 6.37 million kilowatt-hours.
