化痰祛瘀散结汤联合化疗治疗恶性淋巴瘤临床研究

Malignant lymphoma treated with the combination of Huatan Quyu Sanjie decoction and CHOP chemotherapy

目的:探讨化痰祛瘀散结汤联合CHOP化疗方案治疗恶性淋巴瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取恶性淋巴瘤患者90例,按照随机数表法,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组患者接受CHOP化疗方案治疗,给予环磷酰胺、表柔比星静滴,长春新碱静推,口服泼尼松,化疗前后给予昂丹司琼止吐,并配合护胃、保肝等辅助治疗。观察组患者在此基础上给予化痰祛瘀散结汤进行联合治疗,2个月为1个疗程,比较两组临床疗效,对治疗前后免疫功能变化情况比较,并观察两组患者生活质量评分和不良反应发生情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(93.33%)优于对照组(82.22%),差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+水平均明显升高,CD_8^+水平明显降低,且观察组较对照组明显(P<0.05);观察组患者在生理机能、生理职能等方面评分均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化痰祛瘀散结汤联合CHOP化疗方案治疗恶性淋巴瘤的临床疗效显著,提高患者生活质量,且不良反应较少。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of the combined Huatan Quyu Sanjie decoction and CHOP chemotherapy in the treatment of malignant lymphoma.Methods:Selection 90 cases of patients with hypertensive heart disease,according to the stochastic indicator method,each 45 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,control group patients received CHOP chemotherapy treatment,giving cyclophosphamide,epirubicin,vincristine,Ondansetron before and after chemotherapy,and protect the stomach,liver and other auxiliary treatment.Observation group of patients on the basis of the Huatan Quyu Sanjie decoction for combination therapy,2 months for one period of treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect,the changes of immune function before and after the treatment,and observed two groups of patients quality of life score after treatment,compared two groups of adverse reactions occur.Results:The total effective rate(93.33%)was superior to the control group(82.22%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment,two groups of patients with CD 3+,CD 4+,CD 4+/CD 8+levels were significantly elevated,CD 8+level significantly decreased,and the degree of observation group patients raise and lower than the control group(P<0.05);the patients in the observation group were better than the control group in physiological function,physiological function,etc(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect of Huatan Quyu Sanjie decoction and CHOP chemotherapy in treating malignant lymphoma is significant,improving the quality of life of patients and less adverse reactions.
