益宫散联合催产素治疗晚期产后出血疗效分析

Analysis of therapeutic effect of Yigong powder combined with oxytocin in the treatment of advanced postpartum hemorrhage

目的:结合临床实践经验,探讨益宫散联合催产素治疗晚期产后出血的疗效。方法:研究对象选取晚期产后出血患者72例,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各36例。对照组接受催产素及常规西医治疗,观察组则接受中西医结合(益宫散联合催产素)治疗。分别比较两组患者治疗后的临床总有效率、宫腔内残留组织、生命体征、不良反应和并发症的发生率。结果:观察组LPH患者血压、尿量、脉搏等生命体征优于对照组,宫腔内残留组织、不良反应和并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而治疗有效率观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用益宫散联合催产素治疗晚期产后出血,可提高临床总有效率,减少宫腔内残留组织,使患者的生命体征得以稳定且不良反应及并发症发生率低,安全性高。

Objective:Combined with clinical practice experience,the therapeutic effect of the combined therapy of Yigong powder on the treatment of advanced postpartum hemorrhage was discussed.Methods:72 patients with advanced postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin and conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with a combination of Chinese and western medicine.The total clinical efficacy,residual tissue,vital signs,adverse reactions and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:LPH observation group patients with blood pressure,urine output,pulse and other vital signs was better than that of control group,intrauterine residual tissue,adverse reaction and complication rates are lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the treatment efficient observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yigong powder combined with oxytocin in the treatment of late postpartum hemorrhage,can improve the clinical total effective rate,reduce intrauterine residual organization,makes possible the stability of the patient's vital signs and adverse reaction and complication rates were low,high safety.
