补肾扶脾汤治疗口腔种植体周围炎疗效及对患者龈沟液IL-1β、IL-6的影响

Bushen Fupi decoction in the treatment of oral implant periarthritis and observation of IL-1 and IL-6

目的:观察补肾扶脾汤治疗口腔种植体周围炎的临床疗效及对龈沟液中IL-1β、IL-6表达水平的影响。方法:选取68例口腔种植体周围炎患者作为研究资料,按1∶1比例纳入对照组与观察组,对照组给予盐酸米诺环素软膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予自拟补肾扶脾汤治疗,治疗1个疗程后评估两组临床疗效,观察两组治疗前后临床指标及龈沟液中白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的表达水平。结果 :观察组治愈率为61.76%,总有效率为97.06;对照组治愈率为35.29%,总有效率为88.24%,观察组整体临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组SBI、PD、AL及中医症候积分均较本组治疗前改善,组内相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组SBI、PD、AL及中医症候积分均较对照组良好,组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者龈沟液中IL-1β、IL-6表达水平均较本组治疗前下降,组内相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者龈沟液中IL-1β、IL-6表达水平低于对照组,组间相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:补肾扶脾汤能够有效提高口腔种植体周围炎的临床疗效,降低患牙龈沟液中IL-1β、IL-6两项炎性因子的表达水平。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushen Fupi decoction on oral implant periarthritis and the influence of IL-1 and IL-6 expression levels in gingival drainage.Methods:68 cases of oral inflammation around implant patients as research materials,according to the proportion of 1∶1 into control group and observation group,control group given minocycline hydrochloride ointment treatment,on the basis of the observation group in the control group to give the kidney and spleen decoction treatment,two groups of clinical curative effect of treatment after a course of assessment,observe the two groups before and after treatment in clinical index and gingival sulcus liquid interleukin 1 beta(IL-1 beta),interleukin 6(IL-6)expression level.Results:The cure rate of the observation group was 61.76%and the total effective rate was 97.06.The cure rate in the control group was 35.29%,and the total effective rate was 88.24%.The overall clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both groups of SBI,PD,AL and TCM syndromes were improved compared with the group before treatment,and there were statistically significant differences in the group(P<0.05);after treatment,the SBI,PD,AL and TCM syndromes in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and was compared significant difference between the groups.The expression levels of IL-1 and IL-6 in the gingival fluid in the two groups were lower than those in the group before treatment,and there were statistically significant differences in the group(P<0.05).The expression level of IL-1 and IL-6 in the gingival drainage was lower than that in the control group after treatment,compared with significant difference in the group.Conclusion:Bushen Fupi decoction can effectively improve the clinical curative effect,it can effectively improve the clinical curative effect of oral implant periarthritis and decrease the expression level of IL-1 and IL-6 in gingival fluid.
