滋阴化瘀通窍汤对高血压脑出血患者术后神经功能改善及预后研究

Effects of Ziyin Huayu Tongqiao decoction on neurological function and prognosis in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after operation

目的:研究滋阴化瘀通窍汤治疗高血压脑出血疗效及预后。方法:选择高血压脑出血患者60例。按照随机数字表法将60例患者分为研究组和对照组。对照组30例给予血肿清除术治疗,研究组30例在对照组患者治疗的基础上,给予滋阴化瘀通窍汤进行口服或者鼻饲。对两组治疗后临床治疗效果进行评定比较,并对两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损程度的情况、出血肿块的容量及治疗后不良反应进行比较分析。结果:治疗后的总有效率比较研究组明显高于对照组,差异对比有统计学意义(χ~2=4.8118,P=0.0283)。治疗前两组患者的神经功能缺损程度比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组神经功能缺损程度与对照组相比明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组出血肿块的容量情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,研究组出血肿块的容量明显小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗不良反应发生率(6.67%)明显低于对照组(26.67%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用滋阴化瘀通窍汤治疗高血压脑出血术后患者,可显著提高治疗的效果,改善患者的神经功能。

Objective:To study the curative effect and prognosis of Ziyin Huayu Tongqiao decoction in treating hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods:60 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were selected.According to the random number table method,60 patients were divided into the study group and the control group,30 cases in each group.In the control group,30 cases were given conventional treatment,and 30 cases in the study group were given oral or nasal feeding with Ziyin Huayu Tongqiao decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated and compared,the degree of nerve function defect and the volume of bleeding mass and the adverse reaction after treatment were compared and analyzed in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate after treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2=4.8118,P=0.0283).There was no significant difference in the degree of nerve function defect in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the degree of nerve function defect in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the volume of bleeding mass between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the volume of bleeding mass in the study group was significantly smaller than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(6.67%)in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(26.67%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ziyin Huayu Tongqiao decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and improve the neurological function of patients after hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.
