雪旺细胞源神经营养因子在大鼠生长发育腰髓中的表达

摘要 目的 观察雪旺细胞源神经营养因子在大鼠生长发育腰髓中的表达。方法 取不同年龄的胎鼠、幼鼠及成年鼠的腰髓或相关组织 ,行常规免疫组织化学研究。结果 雪旺细胞源神经营养因子在成年大鼠腰髓的整个白质和灰质后角Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ层有较低表达。雪旺细胞源神经营养因子在胎龄 1 4、1 5d开始有表达 ,胚胎时期表达先增高后下降 ,其中胎龄 2 1d最高。出生后雪旺细胞源神经营养因子 (SDNF)在腰髓中表达明显下降 ,其中第 7、1 2d稍高。结论 SDNF在成年大鼠腰髓 (包括背根神经节 )有较低表达。SDNF在生长发育的腰髓中表达基本呈逐渐下降趋势。 Objective To observe the expression of Schwann cell derived neurotrophic factor (SDNF) in developing lumber spinal cord of rats.Method Two females and one male in a cage were mated for one day,and conception was confirmed by observation of a vaginal plug. Lumber spinal cord or related tissues were obtained from fetal or young rats of different ages,where immunohistochcmistry were performed.Results There appeared well distributed SDNF staining in the whole white matter and stratum Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ of the poster horn of gray matter of adult rats,and the dorsal root ganglia was much more intensively stained than lumber spinal cord. SDNF immunoreactivity was first detected in spinal cord at embryo day 14 and 15. There was an inclination of early increase and late declination during embryo,and the staining reached a peak at embryo day 21.The staining of SDNF descended greatly after birth.Conclusion There is weaker expression of SDNF in lumber spinal cord of adult rats;Expression of SDNF in the developing lumber spinal cord of the rats basically displayed a descended trend;SDNF may have a promotive effect on the development of the spinal cord of the rats.
