Objective To analyze the pathogenic bacteria of neonatal pneumonia caused by vertical transmission of maternal. Methods Pharyngeal swabs from the newborn with pneumonia hospitalized in neonatal department of our hospital from January 2016 to December 2016 were used for the culturing and detection of urea mycoplasma(UU)and group B treptococcus(GBS).The results of the culture and drug susceptibility were analyzed and then compared with the mother′s test results. Results A total of 78 cases(11.3%)were detected positive,18(23.1%)positive with urea mycoplasma,5(6.4%)with urea mycoplasma and mycoplasma hominis,53(67.9%)with GBS.The pathogens and the drug susceptibility spectrum of pathogenic bacteria from pharyngeal swabs were the same as the mother′s genital tract. Conclusions Screening of UU and GBS in maternal pregnant women should be paid much attention. In order to reduce maternal and infant vertical transmission of pathogens causing the incidence of neonatal pneumonia and provide early prevention according to the result of drug susceptibility, pharyngeal swabs from newborns delivered by the pregnant women infected with UU&or(and)GBS should be collected for UU and GBS detection, which is conducive to the development of the prenatal and postnatal care.
