摘要
在炼焦生产过程中,炼焦荒煤气携带热量约占焦炉支出热的36%,其中喷洒的循环氨水吸收大部分(约88%)的热量,将吸收了荒煤气显热的循环氨水能量资源回收利用,作为热源生产低温水,不仅节约了大量煤气,节能降耗效果显著,还可以降低焦炉桥管和集气管喷洒循环氨水的温度,同时减小初冷器和电捕的负荷,还能改善冷鼓风机甚至整个化工工段的运行工况。
In the process of coking production,the heat of coking waste gas carries about 36%of the heat of coke oven expenditure,in which the circulating ammonia water of the spray absorbs most of the heat(about 88%).It would absorb the recycling of the energy resources of the circulating ammonia water with the sensible heat of the gas and produce the low temperature water as the heat source,which not only saved a large amount of gas,but also saved energy and reduces energy consumption.At the same time,it can also reduce the temperature of the circulating ammonia water on the bridge tube and the collector pipe,reduce the load of the primary cooler and electric trap,and improve the operating conditions of the cold blower and even the whole chemical industry section.
