摘要
为了提高煤矿作业的自动化与智能化水平,促进煤矿行业向着更好的方向发展,分析了煤矿机械电气设备自动化调试技术的发展现状与调试要点,并研究了其配套措施与具体应用,该技术控制模式主要由项目管理系统、员工管理系统、设备调试和移交管理系统、检测控制系统组成,研究得出:煤矿机械电气设备自动化调试技术能够有效地节约了人力成本,促使煤矿企业机械设备在提运行过程中的安全性与可靠性,提升了煤矿开采效率。
In order to improve the automation and intelligent level of coal mine operation,promote the coal industry towards a better direction,this paper analyzed the current development and commissioning of coal mine mechanical and electrical automation equipment debugging technology,and to study the measures and specific applications,the technology control mode mainly by the project management system,staff management system,equipment debugging and the transfer of management system,detection control system,the study concluded that:the coal mine automation machinery and electrical equipment debugging technology can effectively save manpower cost,safety and reliability of the mechanical equipment of coal mining enterprises in the process of running,to enhance the efficiency of coal mining.
