摘要
利用固相微萃取-气相色谱/质谱法研究不同花期(盛开初期:紫色花;盛开中期:白色花)双色茉莉花在不同温度(20℃、80℃)下香味成分的差异,并对其主要香味物质的代谢途径进行了初步的探讨。结果表明,温度对不同花期双色茉莉花香味成分的种类和相对含量的影响较为明显,其中,在20℃时茉莉花的主要香味成分有芳樟醇、β-罗勒烯、苯甲酸甲酯等,而在80℃时茉莉花的主要香味成分除了芳樟醇和β-罗勒烯外还有含量较高的橙花叔醇和角鲨烯等,说明温度能对双色茉莉花香味成分的转变造成一定影响。
The gas chromatography/mass spectrometry with solid phase microextraction(SPME-GC/MS)was used to investigate the fragrances of different blossoming Brunfelsia acuminate(Poh1.)Benth at both 20℃and 80℃,and preliminarily discussed the main fragrances biosynthetic pathway.The results showed that the species and relative contents of volatile compounds obviously changed with different temperatures and flowering times.Linalool,β-ocimene,methyl benzoate were detected at both 20℃and 80℃,but nerolidol and squalene with high relative contents were detected only at 80℃,which indicates that the transformation of fragrances influenced by different temperatures.
