摘要
采用上流型污泥床转化器,依托出水复氧返流的程序迅即开启CANON废水处置工艺,探讨了启动和操作特点。实践证明,采取出水复氧返流的操作模式能够实现迅即启动及平稳运转;该复氧返流的工艺模式可有效调控反应罐内融入氧的数量,对反应介质中的NOB发挥出很强的抑制作用,而且还给An AOB创建了一个极佳的发育条件;精准调控返流的数量能够有效管控NO_2^-的生成速度,让其和NO_2^-减少速度构成相等的水平,消除了NO_2^-的积存和硝化反应的进行。故此,复氧返流CANON低氨氮废水处理工艺在运行品质上展现出了极高的水平。
The upflow sludge bed converter was used to rapidly open the CANON wastewater treatment process based on the process of effluent and reoxygenation,and the startup and operation characteristics were discussed.Practice has proved that the operation mode of effluent and reoxygenation can realize quick start and smooth operation;the process mode of reoxygenation and reflux can effectively regulate the amount of oxygen contained in the reaction tank,and exerts a strong effect on NOB in the reaction medium.Inhibition,but also to create an excellent development conditions for AnAOB;precise regulation of the amount of regurgitation can effectively control the rate of NO2-production,so that it and the rate of reduction of NO2-constitute an equal level,eliminating NO2-The accumulation and nitration reactions proceed.As a result,the re-return flow CANON low-ammonia nitrogen wastewater treatment process has demonstrated a very high level of operational quality.
