摘要
采用超声波提取技术,以黑米为原料,采用正交实验法研究了黑米黑色素的半制备工艺。结果表明,超声波法提取黑米黑色素具有提取率高、效率高、能耗低和不影响色素性质的优点。
Using ultrasonic extraction technology,using black rice as raw material,orthogonal experiment was used to study the semi-preparation process of black rice pigment.The results showed that the ultrasonic extraction of black rice pigment has the advantages of high extraction rate,high efficiency,low energy consumption and does not affect the properties of the pigment.
