煤层气浓缩用煤基吸附剂的研究

摘要 合适的吸附剂是浓缩煤层气的关键。通过原料的选择、粘结剂比例的比对及调孔添加剂量的调孔制得煤层气浓缩用吸附剂,采用扫描电镜、氮吸附(77K)、单组分吸附等手段和方法对样品进行了表征。结果表明,煤的灰分较少,挥发分适中,粘结剂中灰份较少、粘度较高,是制备吸附剂的适宜原料,并且粘结剂的加入量为30%较为合适;吸附剂较多的微孔是实现煤层气浓缩分离的重要条件;对氮气/甲烷的分离系数越高,吸附剂越具有工业上应用的经济性。 Suitable adsorbent is the key to concentrate coal bed methane(CBM).The adsorbent for CBM concentration was prepared by selecting coal and the proportion of binder and adjusting the additive dosage.The samples were characterized by SEM,nitrogen adsorption(77k)and single component adsorption.The results show that coal has less ash and moderate volatile content,and binder has less ash and higher viscosity.The best case is addiving 30%binder to coal.The adsorbent with more micro-pore is an important condition for the concentration and separation of CBM.The higher the separation coefficient for CH4/N2,the more economical the adsorbent is.
