硝酸湿法消解——电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定银纤维面料中银含量的可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 含银纺织品已成为当下很受欢迎的服饰产品,银纤维面料中的银含量测试需求也越来越多。电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法是目前常用的测定纺织品中银含量的分析手段,其样品前处理方式主要有微波消解和硫酸湿法消解。尝试用硝酸湿法消解来处理银纤维面料,然后测试银含量,与微波消解、硫酸湿法消解处理样品后的测试结果进行比较。结果表明,虽然硝酸湿法消解不能将银纤维面料消解完全,但是银含量检测结果的重复性和准确性很好,与另外两种前处理方法的检测结果几乎一致,并无明显差异,但其操作方法简单,时间短,成本低廉,可以满足银纤维面料中银含量的测试需求。 Silver-containing textiles have become very popular apparel products at present,and the demand for silver content in silver fiber fabrics is also increasing.ICP-OES is currently used to determine the content of silver in textiles.The sample pretreatment methods mainly include microwave digestion and sulfuric acid wet digestion.Try to pretreat the silver fiber fabrics by nitric acid wet digestion,and then test the silver content,and compare it with the test results by microwave digestion and sulfuric acid wet digestion.The results showed that although the nitric acid wet digestion could not completely eliminate the silver fiber fabrics,but the repeatability and accuracy of the silver content test results were very good.The test results were almost the same as those of the other two pretreatment methods,and there was no significant difference.However,the method of operation is simple,the time is short,and the cost is low,which can meet the test requirements for silver content in silver fiber fabrics.
