超声萃取应用于复混肥料中的钾含量测定的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目前无机复混肥料中钾元素的测定的方法很多,国标法采用的是四苯硼酸钾重量法,该方法检测过程步骤多,耗时长,操作过程对实验人员的要求高,不利于批量做样。火焰光度法测定无机复混肥中钾含量精密度和准确度较好,其检测设备简单,运行成本不高,适合批量做样,检测效率快捷。沈志荣[1]等人使用加热煮沸提取氧化钾,这一过程耗时30分钟,而超声提取仅仅需要五分钟。故本文主要讨论采用火焰光度法检测复混肥料中的钾,其前处理用超声震荡萃取代替国标法中的煮沸萃取钾元素的测定。该方法的样品制作简单,测定过程快速、简单、高效、准确。 At present,there are many methods for the determination of potassium in inorganic compound fertilizers,The national standard method is the use of potassium tetraphenylborate method.But in the detection procedures of this method needs a lot of steps,time and has a high requirements to the laboratories.This method is not conducive to do sample in batches.Using Flame Spectrophotometry to determine the potassium content in inorganic compound fertilizer has good precision and accuracy,and the detection equipment is simple,the operation cost is not high,which is conducive to make bulk samples and the detection efficiency is quick.Shen Zhirong et al used boiling method to extract potassium oxide,which usually takes 30minutes,while the ultrasonic extraction takes only fiveminutes.Therefore,the article mainly discusses using Flame Spectrophotometry to determine the potassium content in inorganic compound fertilizer in the potassium,and the pretreatment uses ultrasonic shock extraction to instead of GB method of boiling extraction of potassium determination.The method of making the sample is simple,the measurement process is fast,simple,efficient and accurate.
