低粘切钻井液体系钻井技术在南海西部的应用

摘要 南海西部石油管理局钻井技术人员在某油田开发钻井作业过程中,不断摸索、优化,形成了超低粘切油基钻井液体系以及低粘切无固相有机盐钻井液体系,辅以工程上的精细化操作,确保钻井作业安全、高效完成。该系列技术的成功应用,为北部湾盆地后续类似油田的钻探开发作业中规避井漏风险提供重要的参考价值。 The drilling technicians of the South China Sea Western Petroleum Administration have been groping and optimizing during the development of drilling operations in an oilfield,forming an ultra-low-viscosity oil-based drilling fluid system and a low-viscosity non-solid phase organic salt drilling fluid system,supplemented by Fine work on the project ensures safe and efficient completion of drilling operations.The successful application of this series of technologies provides an important reference value for avoiding the risk of lost circulation in the drilling and development operations of similar oil fields in the Beibu Gulf Basin.
