摘要
永坪炼油厂120×10~4t/a催化裂化装置采用石油化工科学研究院(RIPP)的MIP技术,两器为同轴式沉降再生器,主风分配采用主风分布管形式,外取热器采用LPEC的气控式外循环取热器。本次内、外取热系统优化改造主要解决了外取热器长周期运行、蒸汽品质不合格问题及除氧器除氧效果的问题。
The 120×104t/a catalytic cracking unit of Yongping Refinery adopts the MIP technology of the Institute of Petrochemical Science(RIPP).The two units are coaxial settlement regenerators.The main air distribution is in the form of main wind distribution tubes.LPEC’s gas-controlled external circulation heat extractor.The optimization of the internal and external heat extraction system mainly solved the problem of long-term operation of the external heat extractor,the problem of unqualified steam quality and the deaerator effect of the deaerator.
