摘要
装置丁烯进料线材质为20G,含丁烯和少量工艺水,其中工艺水腐蚀性较强。在检测中发现,该管线在圆周方向呈现出不均匀腐蚀,管壁最薄处已由18mm腐蚀减薄至9.5mm。由于介质高压易燃易爆,如果未及时发现并处理,极有可能造成安全事故。通过该管道腐蚀案列的原因分析,重点阐述了混合介质对工业管道的腐蚀现象,以及类似管道的检测重点,以便及早发现隐患,避免安全事故。
The material of the feed line of the butene plant is 20G,containing butene and a small amount of process water,of which the process water is highly corrosive.During the inspection,the pipeline was found to be unevenly corroded in the circumferential direction,and the thinnest part of the pipe wall had been reduced from 18mm to 9.5mm.The high pressure of the medium was flammable and explosive.If the treatment was not discovered in time,it would cause a safety accident.Through the analysis of the causes of the pipeline corrosion cases,the corrosion phenomenon of the mixed medium on industrial pipelines and the key points of detection of similar pipelines are highlighted to enable early detection of hidden dangers and avoid safety accidents.
