非急性脑卒中患者脑白质疏松程度与血尿酸水平的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨非急性脑卒中患者的血尿酸水平与脑白质疏松程度之间的相关性。方法选择2016年4月~2017年3月在承德医学院附属医院神经内科住院的存在脑白质疏松的患者123例,上述患者均为非急性脑卒中患者,收集所有患者临床资料,包括:Aharon-peretz量表评分、尿酸及其它实验室化验指标,并进行统计学分析。结果无-轻度脑白质疏松组与中-重度脑白质疏松组患者的尿酸水平存在显著差异(P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归分析,尿酸是脑白质疏松的独立危险因素[OR值1.007,95%可信区间1.002-1.012,P=0.004]。结论在非急性脑卒中患者中,脑白质疏松程度越高,其体内尿酸水平也越高。 Objective To investigate the correlation between serum uric acid level and the degree of leukoaraiosis in non-acute stroke patients.Methods 123 patients with leukoaraiosis were selected from April 2016 to March 2017 in Department of Neurology,Chengde medical college affiliated hospital.All of the above patients were non-acute stroke patients.All the clinical data were collected,including the score of the:Aharon-peretz scale,uric acid and other laboratory indexes and the statistical analysis was carried out.Results There was significant difference in uric acid level between non-mild leukoaraiosis group and moderate to severe leukoaraiosis group(<0.05).By multivariate Logistic regression analysis,uric acid was an independent risk factor for leukoaraiosis[OR value 1.007,95%confidence interval 1.002-1.012,=0.004].Conclusion n patients with non-acute stroke,the higher the degree of white matter degeneration,the higher the uric acid level in the body.
