大动脉转位的产前超声诊断评价

Prenatal Ultrasound Diagnosis of Transposition of Great Arteries

目的探讨产前超声诊断大动脉转位的临床价值。方法回顾性分析产前诊断的18例大动脉转位的超声心动图征象及合并心内畸形情况与产后随访结果进行。结果产前超声诊断大动脉转位18例,其中完全性大动脉转位14例,矫正型大动脉转位4例,超声诊断的符合率为88.89%,误诊2例,15例合并心内畸形。结论产前超声为诊断大动脉转位方便、简洁、无创性、有用的检查方式。

Objective To explore the clinical value of prenatal ultrasound in the diagnosis of transposition of great arteries.Methods Echocardiographic findings of translocation of the great arteries in 18 cases with intracardiac malformation and postpartum follow-up were retrospectively analyzed.Results 18 cases of transposition of great artery were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound.There were 14 cases of complete transposition of great artery and 4 cases of corrected transposition of great artery.The coincidence rate of ultrasonic diagnosis was 88.89%.2 cases were misdiagnosed and 15 cases were complicated with intracardiac malformation.Conclusion Antepartum ultrasound is a convenient,simple,non-invasive and useful method for diagnosing transposition of great arteries.
