摘要
初步建成纺织强国是我国纺织服装行业"十三五"时期的重要目标。文章研究认为:实施"三品"战略,应该践行服务型制造的发展策略,推动转型升级及"供给侧结构性改革"。服务型制造能够有效丰富品种、提升品质、创立品牌,达成客户满意,增强纺织服装产业的国际竞争力。在服务型制造的转型过程中,供需交互与上下游协同是关键,应建设开放、共享、共赢的产业生态系统,推动企业、产业集群与客户的协同创新。文章还提出了服务型制造可选择3种价值链优化方式,强化"三品"耦合关系与协同提升,实现基于需求的服务化转型。
To establish textile power initially is an important target for China’s textile and garment industry during the“13th Five-year Plan”period(2016-2020).To implement the strategy of“diversifying product variety,improving quality and cultivating brand”should fulfill the development strategy of serviceoriented manufacturing,and promote transformation and upgrading as well as supply-side structural reform.Developing service-oriented manufacturing can satisfy customers and enhance the international competitiveness of the textile and garment industry.Supply-demand interaction and upstream-downstream synergy are the key elements in the transition process of service-oriented manufacturing.Besides that,an open,shared and win-win industrial ecosystem should also be built to promote collaborative innovation among enterprises,industry clusters and customers.This paper also proposes three methods on how to optimize value chain for service-based manufacturing.
