摘要
探讨以生物化学技术为基础的生态化学品清棉师~?100T等在德国欧宝泰克平幅湿处理设备连续漂白生产线上的工艺适应性,设计符合该生产线高效生产的处方和工艺,满足生产加工需要。同时,与常规的烧碱工艺相比较,结果显示,以清棉师~?100T为主的无碱工艺能够更好地实现纯棉针织物连续前处理的清洁生产。
This paper studied the applicability of ecological chemical Scolase?100T based on biochemical technique on the continuous bleaching of ERBATECH?open-width wet treatment equipment,and researched the optimal prescription and process of Scolase?100T to meet the needs of ERBATECH?production line.Compared with the conventional caustic soda process,result shows that alkali-free process like Scolase?100T can better realize clean production of continuous pretreatment process for cotton knitted fabric.
