摘要
针对华润电力(六枝)有限公司的2×660MW机组锅炉采用东方锅炉(集团)股份有限公司生产的DG2010/25.31-II 12型超临界参数/"W型火焰"燃烧/垂直管圈水冷壁/变压直流锅炉,汽机采用哈尔滨汽轮机厂生产的N660-24.2/566/566型超临界/一次中间再热/单轴/三缸四排汽/凝汽式汽轮机此类型机组的燃料自动控制过程中的未校正煤量的准确性,本文分析该系统的设计特点,利用历史数据,采用统计建模的方法,对未燃料量进行计算与校准。
The DG2010/25.31-ii type 12 supercritical parameter/"W type flame"combustion/vertical tube ring water wall/transformer DC boiler,which is produced by Dongfang Boiler(Group)Co.,is used for 2X660MW boiler of China Resources Power(six)Co.,Ltd.Steam turbine using the N660-24.2/566/566 type supercritical/one intermediate reheat/single axle/three cylinder four-row steam/condensing steam turbine produced by Harbin Steam Turbine Plant The accuracy of the corrected coal quantity in the fuel automatic control process of this type of unit,this paper analyzes the design features of the system,using historical data,the method of statistical modeling is used to calculate and calibrate the fuel quantity.
