摘要 通过预测性维护,工厂可以减少因非计划停车和低效率运行造成的利润损失,智能设备管理系统可以指导预测性维护以及设备的日常管理。AMS(资产管理系统)智能设备管理系统能够帮助提供关于现场智能设备健康状况及事件的界面窗口。相关的维护和操作人员借助此工具可以更加智能有效地开展工作,根据来自现场智能设备的实时数据,工厂相关人员可做出快速响应,并就是否维护或更换现场设备做出及时和正确的决定。 Factory can reduce and low efficiency for unplanned parking operation due to loss of profit by predictive maintenance.Intelligent device management system can guide the predictive maintenance and daily management of the equipment.AMS(asset management system)intelligent device management system can help provide an interface window on the health status and events of smart devices on site.Related maintenance and operating personnel with the aid of this tool can be smarter to work effectively.According to the real-time data from the field of intelligent equipment,the factory related people can respond quickly and maintain or replace the equipment to make timely and correct decision.
