摘要 针对1000MW机组超临界机组超排改造后存在的SCR脱硝调节品质差,NOx瞬时超标问题较多,运行人员需频繁干预调节,喷氨量大,空预器堵塞现象频发等问题,本文采用先进的控制算法软件,取代原有的PID控制,提出了先进的SCR脱硝控制系统。经过实际应用,明显提高了NOx调节品质,有效控制了NOx瞬时超标数量,提高了NOx小时均值,大幅减少了喷氨用量,降低了空预器堵塞发生的几率,减轻了运行人员调节压力,保证了机组经济、安全性运行。 Poor quality regulation for ultra clean emissions transformation of 1000MW supercritical unit after SCR denitrification,the instantaneous NOx exceed the standard of many problems and operating personnel need frequent intervention,the amount of ammonia spray,air preheater clogging phenomenon frequently,using software advanced control algorithm,replace the original PID control,advanced SCR denitration system.Through the practical application,NOx obviously improves the regulation quality,effective control of the instantaneous NOx increased NOx hours exceed the standard number,average,significantly reduced the amount of ammonia injection,reducing the probability of occurrence of blockage in air preheater,reduce the operating personnel adjust the pressure,to ensure the safety and economic operation unit.
