翻转带放置方式对非对比剂肺动脉成像的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨流入翻转序列(IFIR)进行非对比剂肺动脉成像的可行性,并探讨放置不同方式的翻转带对图像质量的影响。资料与方法对24例健康志愿者分别放置3种不同方式的翻转带以进行肺动脉IFIR成像。扫描图像进行厚层及斜面重建后,根据肺动脉各级分支显示的清晰度、对比度、信噪比及伪影进行评分,并比较不同翻转带方式在各方面的得分。结果翻转双肺、翻转整个胸部再翻转右心室及左、右心房、翻转右肺及左心房室3种方法的血管显示及对比度得分分别为(2.91±0.88)分、(3.21±0.66)分、(3.54±0.51)分和(2.71±0.62)分、(3.08±0.50)分、(3.75±0.44)分。通过翻转右肺及左心房室的方法成像效果最佳,其肺动脉及其分支显示程度及清晰度得分最高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 IFIR成像可清晰显示肺动脉主干及其分支。翻转右肺及左心房室的成像质量最好,可作为一种安全、无创的肺动脉显影技术。 Purpose To investigate the feasibility of pulmonary artery imaging with inflow inversion recovery(IFIR)sequence,and to explore the influence of different placement strategies of inversion(IR)band on imaging quality.Materials and Methods Twentyfour healthy subjects were enrolled.Three different modes of IR bands were placed to each subject for pulmonary artery IFIR imaging.After thick-layer and oblique reconstruction of origin images,the resulting images from different imaging sequences were assessed in terms of vascular clarity,contrast,signal to noise ratio and artifacts.The imaging quality score of different IR band modes was compared.Results For inverting bilateral lungs,inverting entire chest then inverting right ventricle and bilateral atrium,and inverting right lungs and left atrium and ventricle,the vascular clarity scores were 2.91±0.88,3.21±0.66 and 3.54±0.51,respectively;the contrast scores were 2.71±0.62,3.08±0.50 and 3.75±0.44,respectively.The mode of inverting right lungs and left atrium and ventricle obtained best images,with highest display and vascular clarity scores of pulmonary artery and its branches(P<0.01).Conclusion IFIR imaging could clearly show the main pulmonary artery and its branches,and the mode of inverting right lungs and left atrium and ventricle obtained the best imaging quality.It can be used as a safe and noninvasive method of pulmonary artery imaging technique.
