电针夹脊穴治疗脊髓型颈椎病术后症状的效果

Effect of electroacupuncture at Jiaji point in the treatment of postoperative symptoms of cervical spondylotic myelopathy

目的探讨电针夹脊穴治疗脊髓型颈椎病颈前路椎间盘切除减压植骨融合术后残留神经症状对疗效、疼痛评分及生活质量的影响。方法随机选取2015年5月~2017年5月我院收治的脊髓型颈椎病颈前路椎间盘切除减压植骨融合术后残留神经症状患者60例,依据治疗方法将患者分为常规治疗组(n=30)和常规治疗基础上电针夹脊穴治疗组(电针夹脊穴组,n=30)两组,对两组患者的脊髓功能评分、疼痛评分、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况、生活质量进行统计分析。结果和治疗前相比,两组患者治疗后的脊髓功能评分均显著升高(P<0.05),疼痛评分均显著降低(P<0.05);治疗后和常规治疗组相比,电针夹脊穴组患者的脊髓功能评分显著升高(P<0.05),疼痛评分显著降低(P<0.05)。电针夹脊穴组患者治疗的总有效率96.7%(29/30)显著高于常规治疗组80.0%(24/30)(P<0.05)。两组患者的不良反应发生率13.3%(4/30)、6.7%(2/30)之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。电针夹脊穴组患者的生活质量高比例53.3%(16/30)显著高于常规治疗组30.0%(9/30)(P<0.05),低比例6.7%(2/30)显著低于常规治疗组36.7%(11/30)(P<0.05),但两组患者的生活质量中比例40.0%(12/30)、33.3%(10/30)之间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论电针夹脊穴治疗脊髓型颈椎病颈前路椎间盘切除减压植骨融合术后残留神经症状能够有效提升临床疗效,降低患者疼痛评分,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effects of electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint on the efficacy,pain score and quality of life in the treatment of postoperative residual neurological symptoms after anterior cervical discectomy and decompression bone graft fusion for cervical spondylotic myelopathy.Methods A total of 60 patients with residual neurological symptoms after anterior cervical discectomy and decompression bone graft fusion for cervical spondylotic myelopathy who were admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2017 were randomly selected.According to the treatment methods,these patients were divided into two groups:conventional treatment group(n=30)and electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint group on the basis of the conventional group(electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint group,n=30).Spinal cord function scores,pain scores,clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,and quality of life were statistically analyzed in both groups.Results Compared with those before treatment,the scores of spinal cord function after treatment in both groups were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the pain scores were significantly lower(P<0.05);compared with the conventional treatment group and those after treatment,the scores of spinal cord function in electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint group were significantly higher(P<0.05),and the pain scores were significantly lower(P<0.05).The total effective rate in electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint group was 96.7%(P<0.05),which was significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group(80.0%,24/30)(P<0.05).The incidence rate of adverse reactions in both groups was 13.3%(4/30)and 6.7%(2/30)respectively,with no significant differences(P>0.05).The high proportion of quality of life in the electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint group was 53.3%(16/30),which was significantly higher than that in the conventional treatment group(30.0%,9/30)(P<0.05).The low proportion was 6.7%(2/30),which was significantly lower than that of 36.7%(11/30)in the conventional treatment group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the two groups[40.0%(12/30),33.3%(10/30)](P>0.05).Conclusion Electroacupuncture at Jiaji acupoint in the treatment of postoperative residual neurological symptoms after anterior cervical discectomy and decompression bone graft fusion for cervical spondylotic myelopathy can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,reduce pain scores of patients and improve their quality of life.
