多学科协作模式在老年糖尿病患者护理中的应用价值分析

Application value of multi-disciplinary team in the nursing care of elder patients with diabetes

目的探讨将多学科协作护理模式应用于老年糖尿病患者的护理中的效果,分析其价值。方法选择我院中2016年8月~2017年6月间收治的糖尿病患者126例作为研究对象,按照患者入院日期单双号作为随机分组方案,将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各63例;对照组患者采用常规护理方案,而实验组患者则应用多学科协作模式护理干预,两组患者护理后的相关指标和生活方式状况进行对比分析。结果治疗后,两组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白数值均有所下降,患者具有更好的饮食控制率和用药依从性,但实验组患者的各项状况更优,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将多学科协作模式护理干预应用于糖尿病患者的护理中,能够对患者的不良生活习惯进行规范,有效降低患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白等各项生理数值,使患者的血糖状况得到控制,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effectiveness and analyze the value of multi-disciplinary team(MDT)in the nursing care of elder patients with diabetes.Methods 126 patients with diabetes in our hospital from August,2016 to June,2017 were selected and divided into control group and study group with 63 patients in each by using odd-even admission date as the random grouping scheme.Patients in control group received routine nursing care while patients in study group received nursing intervention of MDT.Related indicators and status of life style after nursing care in two groups were compared.Results The levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin after treatments in two groups decreased.The alimentary control and medication compliance became better.However,status of every indicator in study group was better.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing care of MDT in patients with diabetes could control patients’blood glucose by regulating the unhealthy living habits and reducing the levels of fasting blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin.It was worth application.
