人性化护理在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果探讨

Application effect of humanized nursing in patients with diabetic retinopathy

目的探讨人性化护理在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年12月~2017年12月于我院住院治疗的糖尿病视网膜病变患者66例(80眼)作为研究对象,将所有患者根据护理方法不同随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各33例(每组各40眼),对照组采取常规护理,干预组采取人性化护理,比较两组患者干预前后的焦虑、抑郁心理评分及治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果干预后,干预组患者的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组,两组存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。干预后,干预组患者的治疗依从率、护理满意度显著高于对照组,两组存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论对于糖尿病视网膜病变患者实施人性化护理效果确切,可缓解患者的负性心理、提高治疗依从性及对护理人员的工作满意度。

Objective To investigate the effect of humanized nursing in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods 66 patients(80 eyes)with diabetic retinopathy hospitalized in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected as the research object.All patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group according to different nursing methods,with 33 cases(40 eyes)in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.The intervention group was treated with humanized nursing.The anxiety,depression scores,treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results After intervention,SAS and SDS scores of the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).After the intervention,the treatment compliance rate and nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing in patients with diabetic retinopathy has exact effect,which can relieve the negative psychology of patients,improve the treatment compliance and job satisfaction of nursing staff.
