针对性护理在预防阴道分娩产妇产后出血中的应用

Application of targeted nursing care in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in the puerpera undergoing vaginal delivery

目的探讨针对性护理在预防阴道分娩产妇产后出血中的应用效果。方法将2016年1月~2017年12月我院接诊的50例阴道分娩产妇纳入本研究。利用随机号码表抽取样本,均分为观察组和对照组各25例。对照组:常规产科护理。观察组:预防性护理。观察产妇不同时间产后出血量、护理满意度、并发症。结果观察组第三产程出血量、产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量低于对照组(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理在预防阴道分娩产妇产后出血中的应用效果明显,产妇第三产程出血量、产后2 h出血量、产后24 h出血量较少,护理满意度较高,而且并发症发生率较低,有较高的应用价值。

Objective To investigate the application effect of targeted nursing care in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in the puerpera undergoing vaginal delivery.Methods 50 puerpera undergoing vaginal delivery who were admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were included in this study.Samples were taken from the random number table and divided into observation group and control group,with 25 cases in each.The control group was given routine obstetric nursing care,and the observation group was given preventive care.The amount of postpartum hemorrhage,nursing satisfaction,and complications at different times were observed.Results The amount of blood loss in the third stage of labor,bleeding volume at 2 h after delivery,and postpartum hemorrhage at 24 h after delivery were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of targeted nursing care in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in the puerpera undergoing vaginal delivery is significant.The amount of blood loss at the third stage of labor,2 h postpartum hemorrhage,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage at 24 h are less in the puerpera,and the satisfaction with nursing is relatively high.Moreover,the incidence rate of complications is lower.Therefore,it has a high application value.
