普洱茶配送中心订单分拣完全—并行门限二级轮询控制机理研究

Study on Complete-Parallel Threshold Polling Control Mechanism about Order-sorting of Pu'er Tea Distribution Center

文中研究将先进的分拣系统理解为动态分拣系统,根据消费者的个性化需求,用经典轮询理论来研究普洱茶配送中心订单分拣控制策略,根据实际订单需求量大小区分了普通订单、优先订单,并建立完全-并行门限的二级优先级订单分拣轮询控制系统模型,采用嵌入式Markov链、多维概率母函数和方程组求解法求解理论模型,并通过数值计算分析进行验证从而达到量化研究。

This paper regard the advanced sorting system as a dynamic sorting system.According to the personalized needs of consumers,the classical polling theory is used to study the control strategy of order picking in Pu er tea distribution center.The orders are divided into ordinary orders and priority orders according to the actual order size of the demand,and establish a complete-parallel threshold of the second-order priority order picking polling control system model,using the embedded Markov chain,the multidimensional probability parent function and the equations solution method to solve the theoretical model.And verified by numerical calculation and analysis so as to achieve quantitative research.
