摘要
针对我国大型客机协同研制采用的"主制造商-供应商"模式,研究其所处的内外部环境及特征。结合国内外大型客机发展的历程及我国的现实条件,研究界定大型客机协同研制的"初创期"判断;建立大型客机协同研制环境分析维度,探讨了大型客机发展的机遇与面临的挑战,提出了大型客机协同研制的发展对策。
The internal and external environments of the coordinated development of China s large aircraft are studied under the main manufacture-vendor model.Firstly,combining with the actual conditions of the development of large aircraft at domestic and abroad in China,the collaborative development of large aircraft“start-up”characteristics is defined.Secondly,the large aircraft collaborative development environment analysis dimension is put forward for large aircraft“start-up”characteristics.Thirdly,the opportunities and threats of large aircraft development are discussed.Moreover,the development strategy of large aircraft is put developed.
