Research on Countermeasures to Maximize the Effect of ERP Software in Manufacturing Enterprises——Taking the Application of YiFei ERP Software at Bangke as an Example

摘要随着信息化建设的发展,ERP软件的应用成为制造型企业提高实力的重要手段。基于我国目前制造型企业ERP实施情况并不乐观,文中就企业结合ERP系统应用中的问题利用层次分析法和案例分析法进行研究并提出一些改善措施,为制造企业对ERP软件的引用提供指导实践意义。 With the development of information construction,the application of ERP software has become an important means for manufacturing enterprises to increase their strength.Based on the current situation of ERP implementation in manufacturing enterprises in China is not optimistic.This paper uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process and case analysis method to study the problems of enterprises in combination with ERP system applications and proposes some improvement measures to provide guidance for manufacturing companies to use ERP software.significance.
