摘要
为了快速满足客户对订单的个性化要求,同时提高整个装配过程的效率,利用Flexsim仿真软件对某微型货车制造厂现有的装配工序进行优化。首先利用该软件对现有的装配工序进行建模分析,找出工位顺序的不合理之处;然后通过逻辑分析得出优化后的工序排序,并进行建模验证,分析新的排序的可行性;最后,将原模型与优化后的模型进行对比分析与综合评价。通过仿真方法对装配车间的流程进行了分析与优化,减少了无效作业时间,从而提高了生产效率。
In order to meet the customer s individual requirements for orders quickly and improve the efficiency of the entire assembly process,Flexsim simulation software is used to optimize the existing assembly process of a minivan manufacturing plant.First,use the software to model and analyze the existing assembly process,find out the irrational process of the station sequence,and then use the logic analysis to obtain the optimized process sequence,and verify the model and analyze the new sort.Finally,compare the original model with the optimized model and comprehensive evaluation.Through the simulation method,the assembly shop s process is analyzed and optimized,which reduces the invalid working time and improves the production efficiency.
