摘要
针对基于核心岗位群能力的人才培养课程体系构建现状进行了分析,并提出构建物流岗位群核心能力的人才培养课程体系思路,希望对应用型物流人才培养提供参考。
This paper analyzes the present situation of the construction of the talent training course system based on the core post group capability,and puts forward the train of thought for the training of the core competence of the logistics post group,hoping to provide a reference for the training of applied logistics personnel.
