摘要
焊接机器人是一种专门从事焊接的工业机器人,是可编程的自动化控制操作机,由于其特殊的用途,降低了对工人技术的要求等特点,广泛应用于汽车焊接及其零部件生产中。控制系统是机器人极其重要的组成部分,通过对硬件、软件的研究与设计,构建了焊接机器人控制系统,通过测试与试运行,完全符合特定产品工业生产的需要。
Welding robot is a kind of industrial robot which specializes in welding,and is a programmable automation control machine.It is widely used in automobile welding and its parts production because of its special use,which reduces the requirement of workers’technology.The control system is a very important part of the robot.Based on the research and design of hardware and software,the control system of welding robot is built,and it meets the needs of specific products industry by test and trial operation.
