茶对鱼生长、肌肉品质和抗氧化性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为探究在饲料中添加茶粉对鱼的生长、肌肉品质和抗氧化性能的影响,以初重为75.23±0.42g的罗非鱼为对象,设计3组试验,分别饲喂基础饲料(A组),添加1%、2%大叶种喷干红茶粉的饲料(B、C组),试验在水泥养殖池(4m×2m×1.1m)中进行,饲养180d后测定罗非鱼生长和抗氧化指标。结果表明:与A组作对比,B、C组增重率提高、内脏比和体长体高比降低;B组肥满度提高,C组肥满度降低;B、C组粗脂肪含量显著减少(P<0.05),粗蛋白含量增加、冷冻肉渗出损失降低;B、C组VE含量显著增加、MDA含量显著减少(P<0.05);B组SOD、T-AOC活性提高,C组SOD、T-AOC活性显著提高(P<0.05)。综合罗非鱼的生长性能、肌肉品质和抗氧化能力指标,红茶粉的推荐添加量为2%。 Nile tilapia,Oreochromis niloticus,with a body weight of 75.23±0.42 g were randomly divided into 3 groups and reared in an indoor tank(4 m×2 m×1.1 m)with either a basal diet(control,Group A),or the basal diets with 1%(Group B)or 2%(Group C)of added spray-dried black tea powder for 180 d.Growth performance and indicator antioxidants in muscle of the fish were monitored.It was found that(1)the rates of weight-gain for Group B and C were higher than that of control,while the ratios of viscera-to-soma and length-to-height lower than those of control;(2)on relative fatness,the fish in Group B were higher but lower in Group C than control;(3)compared with control,the fat contents of fish in both Group B and C were significantly lower(P<0.05);the protein contents,higher;the freeze-thaw exudates of meat,lower;and,the vitamin E and MDA contents,significantly higher(P<0.05);and,(4)the activities of SOD and T-AOC increased in group B,and significantly in Group C,over those of control(P<0.05).Hence,an incorporation of 2%black tea powder in the feed for tilapia aquaculture was recommended.
