基于共词分析的国内茶树种质资源研究热点分析

选用"茶树"作主题词,词频并含"种质资源",对CNKI数据库进行高级检索,收集1997~2017年国内发表的有关茶树种质资源研究的文献,可获得期刊来源有效题录218条,以齐普夫第二定律为依据可筛选出30个高频关键词。通过构建相异矩阵,由SPSS进行聚类和多维尺度分析。结果显示,20年来国内茶树种质资源研究主题可以划分为4个类别,即茶树种质资源的遗传多样性及亲缘关系分析、野生茶树种质资源的开发利用、基于生化成分的分析和茶树育种是我国茶树种质资源研究主题结构及热点研究领域,整体表现为研究主题明确,但热点研究领域范围有限。

Using“tea germplasm resources”,which included“germplasm resources”as well,as the keywords in a search on the CNKI database with an advanced retrieval method,the publications associated with the studies of tea from 1997 to 2017 in China were collected and categorized.A total of 218 relevant articles from trade journals were gathered,and 30 high-frequency keywords were identified by screening the database according to the second law of Zipufu.A dissimilarity matrix was constructed and SPSS used for a clustering and multidimensional scaling analysis.The results showed that the domestic research on tea germplasm resources in the past 20 years were mainly in four areas:(a)genetic diversity and relationship analysis on tea germplasms,(b)utilization of tea germplasms in the wild,(c)biochemical analysis on tea and tea products,and(d)breeding of new tea varieties.The major targets for research in the past seemed limited in scope and coverage.
