摘要
通过使被测喷水推进装置悬浮,并使其在船尾板和船底板上脱离推力传递,从而在国内首次实现了喷水推进装置推力的整体分离与直接测量的构想。基于带自由液面的循环水槽,对试验台架的固定和悬浮系统的构成、吸入流量与空化衡准、变速传动系统配置以及机构受力平衡等多方面内容开展了深入的研究。该试验台架除了可进行推力直接测量外,还可开展动量通量法试验和推进效率试验。
By making waterjet propulsion unit suspended and broken away from thrust transmission on the transom and bottom,waterjet propulsion unit thrust separation and direct measuring idea was realized for the first time in the country.Based on free-surface circulating water channel,several design details of test bench were deeply researched,such as constitution of fixed and suspended system,suction flow rate and cavitation criteria,variable speed transmission configuration,and force balance of mechanism.Besides di鄄rect thrust measuring,the test bench also can conduct momentum flux method experiments and propulsive efficiency experiments.
